On Tuesday our CMO, Lisa Weeks, was a mentor at LIT!
Learning Immersive Technology is a pilot partnership between Arts Corps, Reel Grrls, Totem Star, and the students of Big Picture High School in Burien. The program responds to the need for low-income students in Seattle and South King County to gain equitable access to STEM fields. Through co-created, youth-centered workshops in Virtual/Augmented Reality, Game Design, Interactive Filmmaking, and Audio Production, as well as professional showcase opportunities.
The LIT interns have been building original immersive content for the last four months, and we are so honored to have tested it! Thank you for sharing your hard work with TurboPlay!!
